I’m a huge fan of Marina Bourdaki — she’s amazing at what she does and I really admire her passion for her work as a dietitian. She’s so dedicated and knowledgeable, and I always feel confident in her advice because she truly knows her stuff. She’s also one of the kindest people I know, so down-to-earth and genuine, and her big smile just makes everyone feel at ease. It’s so cool because she’s my fan too, and that just makes our friendship even more special. I really feel lucky to have someone like her in my life — someone who’s not only super talented but also real and caring.
Hello everyone! My name is Marina Bourdaki and I’m a registered dietitian, passionate about helping people nourish their bodies and minds through balanced, delicious eating.
Nickname: Mabou.
The first thing you do when you wake up: I drink a large glass of water with electrolytes to rehydrate.
You can’t live without: Protein—whether it’s from eggs, Greek yogurt, or a shake, it’s absolutely essential.
In your opinion, all foods taste better with which ingredient: A handful of fresh herbs—think basil, mint, or dill.
Describe your “ideal” date: A fun cooking workshop together, where we learn a healthy recipe and then enjoy the meal we’ve created.
Favorite destination: Tuscany, Italy—for its abundance of seasonal produce, olive oil tastings, and breathtaking countryside.
A wish for my lifestyle blog: “May your blog empower every reader to embrace the strength and joy that comes from nourishing their body with purpose and passion!”
