At Little Collins , nothing is dull. I would happily eat here every day !


Lunch restaurant De Kas : De Kas is a beautiful restaurant in Amsterdam that grows its own vegetables . The dishes are creative and focus on the vegetables , making them the stars of the meal . Even without meat , the flavors are amazing . The atmosphere is warm and welcoming . I highly recommend De Kas for anyone who loves fresh , tasty vegetable dishes !

Dinner BAK restaurant : BAK is one of my favorite restaurants ! It has a great location with beautiful views over the water . The wine list is amazing , and the staff are very attentive . The food is of high quality and delicious . If you're in Amsterdam , you should definitely check it out !


van Wonderen Stroopwafels : I visited van Wonderen Stroopwafels , which is known for its delicious waffles . While they are tasty , I didn’t understand why there was such a long line and why the prices were so high . They’re good , but not exceptional compared to other places in Amsterdam . The staff were friendly , and I got my order quickly . The shop has a nice , fancy interior with pretty decorations . Overall , it’s a nice spot , but be ready for a wait and higher prices .


Van Stapele Koekmakerij : If you're a cookie lover visiting Amsterdam , you can't miss this gem of a shop ! Although the long queues might seem daunting at first , they move surprisingly quickly, thanks to the efficient service . The highlight here is the dark cookie with white chocolate – it’s simply the best ! The perfect balance of rich dark chocolate and sweet , creamy white chocolate creates an indulgent experience with every bite . If you find yourself in the city , make sure to stop by and treat yourself to these incredible cookies ! You won’t regret it !


Rijksmuseum : The Rijksmuseum is a must-visit for anyone in Amsterdam . This iconic museum boasts an impressive collection of Dutch masterpieces , including works by Rembrandt and Vermeer . I loved seeing famous works like “The Bedroom” and “Sunflowers” . The museum is well organized , so it’s easy to follow Van Gogh's story as an artist . The information next to each artwork helps you understand his life and style better . The atmosphere is calm , and the staff is friendly . Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam : The Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam is a fantastic place for anyone who loves modern art . The building is a mix of old and new, which makes it really unique and interesting . Inside , you can find amazing works by famous artists like Van Gogh and Mondrian , as well as cool contemporary art . The design section is also impressive , showcasing furniture and graphics that show how design has changed over the years .


A’DAM LOOKOUT : I recently visited the A’DAM LOOKOUT in Amsterdam , and it was an unforgettable experience ! The panoramic views of the city from the observation deck are absolutely breathtaking , making it a perfect spot for photography enthusiasts . The journey to the lookout was also fun , with a unique swing that lets you soar over the edge of the building for a thrilling ride . The staff were friendly and helpful , enhancing the overall experience . I highly recommend visiting the A’DAM LOOKOUT , especially at sunset !


Heineken Experience : The Heineken Experience in Amsterdam is a fun place to visit . It’s located in a historic brewery and tells the story of how Heineken beer is made . The tour is interactive , with interesting exhibits about the brewing process and the brand’s history . One of the best parts is the 4D ride that shows what it's like to be a Heineken beer . You also get to enjoy a cold Heineken while looking out over the canals . The staff is friendly and helpful , making the experience enjoyable .
